Winter tree and fox (3rd)

This is a simple and fun winter project with a focus on multi-medium with painting and drawing with marker. I chose this lesson because I wanted to show the students how to make a tree look a little more realistic. the tree was done in three simple steps one painting the tree with the brown tempera. We added the snow talking about gravity and how the snow might lay just so on the branches. The last step involved drawing our own fox and coloring it in and cutting it out, we placed it carefully in the scernery and the project was done.
